Refund Policy

Name Necklace Pakistan will issue refund payment only if the returned product is eligible for return. Customer can receive their refund payment via Easy Paisa or BTF. This process may take 9-10 working days and will be issued only after the product has gone through quality check.

Exchange Policy

To claim an exchange, Name Necklace Pakistan needs to be notified within 24 hours after delivered of the product. Name Necklace Pakistan will only exchange products if the product was physically broken, wrong size or wrong color and incorrect product delivered.
